My first visit to Barcelona was made perfect by my stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay, always with a friendly attitude. The rooms were spacious, although they could do with a bit of updating. However, the overall atmosphere and ambiance was great.
I had the most incredible service at this hotel! Thanks to Andera and Letizia, our entire trip was spent at the same bar - we didn't even think of exploring anywhere else. They were the best! Thank you for the amazing service.
Since I'm a long-tme costmuer of NH I deside to try this hotele it was my first tyme in Barcelona Gran Caldron and it was amazng. From the roms, foodd and the personel. All 5 Starsyf Im to comebak to Barcelona for sure this Will be me new home! Speciall thanks to all for making my Stray wonderfull and memorabble.
The first question you will ask yourself when you get to your room: Why am I paying this price? The value does not seem to match the cost. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.
The service was superb; the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had some special requests such as storing personal items in their refrigerator and freezer and they were more than willing to help. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and situated in a great area without it being too noisy from the street. Lovely linen, towels and robes with a generous supply of complimentary bottles of water. We also had access to a range of toiletries and the most delicious fruit platters at breakfast. The staff were very helpful in providing local tourist advice and booking taxis. We would highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that the air conditioning seemed to turn off during the night and had to be switched back on a few times.
