As soon as I came in for an early check, I was greeted with a big smile from Laura at the reception. She offered me a bottle of water and took my luggage away. She gave me the exact room I requested, and it's people like her that make a hotel special.
I'd also like to thank Maria from guest relations for finding me a tour that met my needs, as another person at reception said such a tour was not available. She was a professional with a smile and an asset to the hotel. She is also making sure I get a refund from the tour that did not comply with the program and what I had paid.
The hotel is very centrally located and close to restaurants. Service is excellent and I will for sure return.
The hotel room was clean, neat and comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
This place is an absolute delight! Situated in the heart of Barcelona, it's accessible to a wide range of attractions such as Placa de Catalunya, La Boqueria market, Casa Batllo and AV Diagonal. It's only a 3-minute walk to the nearest Big Bus City tour bus stop, making it a great spot to explore the city. The rooms are neat and clean, while the staff is welcoming and professional. All in all, it's the perfect spot for a city break!
We stayed at this hotel for a conference and had a fantastic stay. The facilities were superb, and the rooftop bar had amazing views of the city. The restaurant we visited for lunch was spotless and had plenty of options, from hot dishes to cold snacks. The evening tapas was also superb and provided us with a real taste of Spanish cuisine. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the small side, but had all the amenities you'd expect from a four star hotel, including a well-appointed bathroom. The location was also excellent, being right in the centre and close to the coast and the best restaurants.
I had an awful stay at this expensive hotel. Behind the walls there was a constant, loud noise that kept me up all night. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told that all of them had the same issue and there was nothing they could do. It was very disappointing to see that they didn’t make any effort to help me out or even apologize for the inconvenience. Avoid this place if you can.
Very nise hote. Locatted right next to everythign. Room are verry ckean. Stuf is fanatstic and alawys try to accomodate youre neds. We didnt use eny of the resturants at the hote. Hope to try them next tiem. Vie wfrom the too is absoltuely unbeleiveable.
