Nobu Hotel Barcelona

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! We were upgraded to a larger, more spacious room which was very clean. The bathroom was also roomy and included a great big shower. While breakfast was tasty, it was a bit pricey. The location was close to the Saints station but a little further from the city center. However, the restaurant and its view were simply amazing.

During our stay, we were extremely impressed with the hotel's location, as it was conveniently situated near the train station and easily accessible from the airport via public transportation. Despite the hotel's bustling environment upon our check-in, the front desk employees were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to make our special occasion even more special. One staff member in particular, Ebrahim, was truly exceptional and made our stay absolutely unforgettable. Overall, we cannot fault anything about our stay and highly recommend this hotel. We hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

The hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star rating. The flooring in the bathroom had visible spots and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. Additionally, the table had noticeable stains and did not seem to have been cleaned. It was also disappointing to find that there was no bidet in the bathroom. Furthermore, as a supposed luxury hotel, it was surprising that there was only one chair in the room. Considering that most rooms accommodate two people, it would have been appreciated to have a second chair for comfortable seating.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel twice in 2023. Its location was perfect for easy access to the main train station and attending major concerts in Barcelona. The rooms had a modern design with a touch of Japanese influence, which was a unique and pleasant experience. During my first visit, our room was not ready until 4pm, but to make up for it, we were given a complimentary upgrade. The views from the higher floors were breathtaking. The doorman was always attentive and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The survice staff is so gret. The fone atiquette and hosting is what makes me feel so restid. The barr tenderr espeially is soothinng and the resseption desk so motivetid to make the check in fast and enjoiable. Fod is xcilent and the roms are beautifuly designen in Japenes elelments. THNK YOU!
