The employees at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. They kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost and were always available to assist us with anything we needed. The fitness room was well-equipped and our room was comfortable and clean. The staff even surprised us with a birthday cake in the morning, which was a lovely touch. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location boasted a beautiful view and proximity to the beach. Not to mention, getting around using public transportation was a breeze. We had a wonderful time and even got to watch the sunrise from our room. Our room was also tidied up daily. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay in December, but that's to be expected. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel rooms were a bit of a letdown as most of them only had small windows with no view. We were disappointed at first and were offered an expensive upgrade to change this. We were also surprised to find out upon arrival that the pool was closed for repairs, but this was not mentioned in the online description. The bed and mattress were uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to sleep during our 3-night stay. It was a shame that our first day, which happened to be my birthday, was wasted due to our unhappiness with the room's lack of view.

The location is very convenient as there are good bus and metro connections nearby. There are also many local cafes, food options, and takeaways within walking distance. Plus, it's just a short walk away from the beach and its beautiful walking paths. The casual or familiar tickets are a great option for getting around for a few days, but unfortunately, they cannot be used for the journey to the airport. It's also important to note that the train announcements are not very clear, which almost caused me to miss my flight. The airport is about a 45-minute ride by public transport and the central city is about 25-30 minutes away. The rooms were clean and of decent size, with powerful showers and complimentary toiletries. However, there is no kettle, but the coffee machine can be used for hot water, although it may be a bit slow. The beds were comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The staff was helpful when I had questions and there were USB charging ports in the room. However, there were a few aspects that could use some improvement. Firstly, the hotel should be more responsive to customer emails. I had emailed them weeks before my arrival, as it was my birthday and I wanted a good room. Despite several reminders, there was no effort made to accommodate my request or even apologize for the lack of communication. Additionally, the window in the room was not clean and therefore, served no purpose. The reception staff could also be more welcoming and friendly. Lastly, it was disappointing to find out that the pool area was not open, even though it was still advertised on their website and third-party booking sites.

My recent stay at this hotel was an enjoyable experience. The service provided by Melanie and Neerja was exceptional and made me feel truly welcomed. I had requested an early check-in and was pleased that the hotel was able to accommodate my request, allowing me to catch up on some much-needed sleep. The surrounding area felt safe and convenient with many restaurants and a shopping center nearby. However, for those interested in seeing the main tourist attractions, the hotel may be a bit far. While the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory overall, there were a few days where it could have been improved, but on one occasion, a young girl with black hair did an excellent job and the room and restroom were sparkling clean.
