We had a great stay at this adults-only hotel. The room was comfortable and perfect for the three of us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and were more than willing to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect too, with a beach and stores close by. Additionally, we were able to buy tourist bus tickets at reception and were even provided with a map of the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
I booked a room that was advertised as including all taxes yet I was still charged separately at check out. There is a lot of noise coming from the road that the hotel faces. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room was well equipped and the wifi was satisfactory. The cleaning was good too.
Very satisfied with our stay at this Adults Only hotel! We got a free upgrade and the room was great - modern, with lots of USB ports so it was very convenient. The bathroom was quite spacious too and the pool area was nicely kept. All the staff were lovely too ?????
Good to be by the seaside and near to a metro station for easy access to the city centre and harbour. Breakfast was decent, although strangely there were no cornflakes and our room didn't have any English channels. Still, close by there were some good restaurants - the Tango Grill served delicious steak and the Granier Cafeteria at Carrer de Provençals offered a good morning coffee, only two streets up from the Selva metro.
We checked into our accommodation and were surprised to find that the room was an unbearable sauna. The air conditioning was completely inadequate and we immediately alerted the front desk. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, nobody ever came to check it out. Desperate for a good night’s sleep, we had to open the windows, only to suffer from loud street noises. At a total of €266 per night, one would expect more than just the room, it should include breakfast! This experience is beyond unacceptable and €266 for a noisy room with no breakfast is a rip-off.
