The Occidental Barcelona 1929 Hotel is well situated, allowing visitors to easily explore Montjiuc Castle, the metro, and the bus. It's also a pleasant one-hour walk to many important attractions. The five-night stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large. All of the necessary amenities, such as a safe, fridge, and coffee station, were present. The hotel housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy. Breakfast was offered for the first and last morning, and the food was good. The strawberry jam was particularly tasty. The terrace bar at night offered nice views. Furthermore, checking out was effortless and convenient, as visitors were allowed to leave their luggage with the hotel until their flight departure. The rates were average for the area.
This place was incredible - the rooms were neat and cozy, the rooftop pool and bar was my favorite spot after dark! The breakfast was scrumptious and I highly recommend you book it in advance. Its location couldn't be more ideal - it was close to the Arena shopping center, and the MNAC museum was just a few steps away. As an extra bonus, it was steps from a metro stop and bus stop. Love it!
This hotel is in a great spot in the heart of Barcelona offering a nice and clean place to stay ☺️. The bed was really comfortable and the rooftop view was lovely ?. The breakfast was also a highlight with a wide selection of items ?. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers ??. An enjoyable experience overall ?.

We had a great stay at two different hotels by this group. Our room at the second one was upgraded, and they even allowed us to extend our checkout with an additional fee. The rooms were spotless and very cozy. We were also able to store our luggage at the desk.
