Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
This centrally located accommodation offers stunning views of the Sagrada Famiglia. While the room could have been cleaner, staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the beds were comfy. However, there was a layer of dust on the side tables and the light fixture had dust and cobwebs hanging from it.
What a fantastic spot! I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I am so pleased with the experience. The view of the Sagrada Família was absolutely stunning ?, and the rooftop bar was extraordinary. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly ?, and they even upgraded my room, which had the same beautiful view. The room itself was comfortable and clean ?, making it the perfect place to stay. I had lots of fun exploring the area around the hotel too ?.
The check in process was painfully slow and our room was not ready when promised. As compensation, drink coupons for the bar were given, but this did not make up for the inconvenience or the amount paid. The accommodation was outdated and did not come with any additional features or amenities. The only major perk was the unlimited access to the rooftop with a great view of the Sagrada Familia - something which is difficult to get if you are not a guest. The staff on the rooftop were nice, however the cost of food and drinks was vastly inflated compared to other establishments. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this place, unless the rooftop view was a make or break factor.
This hotel ??♀️ offers unlimited access to a great terrace with a remarkable view of the Sagrada Familia, however the service is far from great ?. Multiple phone calls were ignored by staff. The room was incredibly dusty ? and when we asked for a late check out they only offered us 30 minuets but then charged us when we were leaving. The manager didn't appear to care and they didn't apologize ??♂️ when they were wrong. I would recommend only staying one night here for the terrace access but don't expect high standards ? of cleanliness or customer service.
Fantastic location in front of the Sagrada Familia. Staggering views from the roof terrace. Well worth the price for that alone, with the hotel conveniently located in the centre of the city and an essential underground car park. The staff were great, although the room itself was just OK - think more budget-hotel vibes. Lots of hard surfaces, but it was clean. Breakfast was disappointing for the cost, so it's better to eat out.
