This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of hospitality, decor, and location. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently. The modern aesthetic and spotless environment made for an enjoyable stay. The rooftop bar was great for a few drinks, with incredible views of the city. ? However, when we arrived after an overnight flight, exhausted, the room was not ready until 5 PM. We were not offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience, which was disappointing.? The breakfast selection was limited and not included in the price. The room was small and lacked a window, though the bed was comfortable.? The shower was so tiny it was a challenge to get in.? Overall, it was a decent stay but I think the cost was a bit too high.?
This hotel did not disappoint! Our small group had our second stay here in three years and we were very content. Rooms were absolutely spotless, the shower was phenomenal and the bed was so cozy. If we ever make our way back to Barcelona, this is where we'll stay for sure.
Location of this Sercotel Hotel Rosellon is great and its quite close to the attractions. Rooms are basic but could have been more comfortable with better quality materials. I asked for one simple request, to have water delivered to my room while I was away and my sick son was in, but unfortunately it couldn't be done even after I asked numerous times at the reception desk. The employees also seemed quite defensive and unhelpful. The soundproofing provided was horrible - probably the worst I've ever experienced - so overall I would suggest avoiding this hotel.

I had high expectations of Sercotel Hotel Rosellon, especially after reading the great review from the online blogger. However, my experience was nothing but disappointment. I called to make a reservation, and was disappointed to be on hold for more than an hour. When I arrived, I was met by a hostile front desk attendant and a bar staff who demanded a bribe for an open table. There were plenty of other tables open, and the bar was not busy either. The vibe of the place was uninviting and it was clear why. It was such a shame, as I was really looking forward to my visit and the city had so much to offer. Unfortunately, Sercotel Hotel Rosellon was not the place for me.
