I recently stayed at the Sercotel Hotel Rosellon and it was a delight. The views from the rooftop are mesmerizing- you can see the Sagrada Familia from the terrace, and it's a great feeling to know you can just step out anytime you want to. The staff were amazing and so accommodating- they were always there to help and answer our questions. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the cleaning was perfect. The location was also great- it was close to most Barcelona attractions, so it was just incredibly convenient. All in all, a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
The staff went out of their way to make sure that I had a comfortable stay. The views from the rooftop were spectacular and the room service meals were so tasty. I really felt like I got to experience the warmth and vibrant energy of Barcelona during my stay here. Highly recommended!!
After the unpleasant check-in experience, the rest of our stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was great for us to get a good rest and the breakfast buffet was tasty with a good variety of choices. However, it is a shame that the first impression is so terrible. I hope the board of management will take action and re-train the front desk lady. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the city.
I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. The location was ideal - just a few minutes walk to La Sagrada Familia and plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. My room was also perfect; with a stunning view of the Sagrada Familia that I could take in from my bedroom window. To top it off, the hotel also offers a rooftop bar with magnificent views of the Sagrada Familia. Plus, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Barcelona.
