We found this place with no issue at all. The staff were great, they went out of their way to help us even when we weren’t speaking the same language. A special shout out to Eric who was especially helpful when we needed him. We are grateful for the excellent service.
A very welcoming atmosphere and extremely helpful staff. Perfect for friends getting together. Take the time to visit the rooftop bar to enjoy a lovely elevated environment. The gym and spa are particularly enjoyable compared to their counterparts in the locality. Highly recommended for LGBTQ+ Men visiting Barcelona.
The service at this place was simply unbeatable. The room was so stunningly beautiful! The rooftop bar was spectacular and the bar manager never failed to remember us each night. She was a rare jewel. One of the many highlights of our journey was the wonderful note along with balloons, a bottle of Cava and chocolates from the public relations manager, Daniel Orellana, which he personally delivered to us. This certainly made our trip even more special. We would definitely visit this establishment again as it was perfectly situated for all the attractions.
This hotel was truly amazing! The rooms are stunning, the roof top bar was great and the staff were exceptionally kind. We had a friend who was celebrating his birthday and they went above and beyond, upgrading the room, leaving balloons and chocolates, it was really touching. The location is ideal if you're looking for great gay bars nearby. We're heading back for another 3-night stay to finish off our Spanish vacation and couldn't be more excited!
My experience at this hotel was extraordinary! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Roberto. He was attentive to my every need and request. The room was exceptionally clean. Additionally, it was located in a tranquil area with a fantastic view. Jennifer.
