This is the second time we have stayed in the beautiful city of Barcelona, and it was our first time at this hotel. We will definitely come back again! The staff, Ramiro and Eric, were very polite, professional, and friendly; they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities we required. The hotel's location is perfect, with plenty of attractions close by, and the city centre just a 20 minute walk away.
This hotel totally blew me away! A huge thank you to the welcoming and professional staff at the front desk, especially Eric ❤️. My room was spotless and the balcony view was just breathtaking. Definitely a 10/10 for breakfast and the location ?. I'm already planning my next stay ?.
We had a street view with accompanying roadworks which looked to be nearly finished. We chose to stay put and were glad we did as the hotel was great, staff friendly and helpful, and the other guests were all lovely. I especially enjoyed the sky club as the cocktails were excellent. The location was also fantastic, with lots of bars and clubs nearby. Though the city's roadworks are everywhere, it's worth putting up with as it will be much better in the end. Just think of the drills as an alarm clock to make sure you’re up and out to explore this captivating city. However, slight deduction of a star as I wasn't informed of the roadworks prior to arrival.
The staff are extremely helpful and happy to help you with all your needs and queries. The spa facilities are great, with a sauna, Jacuzzi and massages available. The place is so comfortable and cozy. Our room was spacious with air conditioning and a great view across the street. The bar and lounge is open late and full of life. Highly recommend this place for a weekend break.
What a lovely hotel! The rooms are gorgeous and I was glad I paid a bit extra for the deluxe room with the balcony overlooking the city - so much space and such a luxurious feel. The rooftop bar is small for a city centre hotel, but it's such a stunning place to spend the day. The location is great and the staff are friendly - I'd definitely recommend it!
