Gran Hotel Havana 4Sup by Escampa Hotels

I had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel Havana 4Sup by Escampa Hotels in Barcelona. The location was ideal and the hotel itself was gorgeous, with a contemporary design and impeccable cleanliness. I was pleased to find an iron and hair dryer in my room, making my stay even more convenient. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. What truly stood out during my stay was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. My only minor issue was with a loose and potentially dangerous plug socket in the bathroom. I also feel that Jenifer, a member of your staff, deserves to be promoted to a managerial position as she displayed strong potential and exceptional customer service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Barcelona.

During our 4-night stay, my partner and I were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's convenient location. It was just a short 10-15 minute walk to all the main tourist spots, yet tucked away in a peaceful area, offering a nice break from the hustle and bustle. The exterior of the building was charming and added to the overall charm of the city. Our room was generous in size and had all the necessary amenities. We were mostly out exploring, so we didn't have much time to utilize the various facilities offered by the hotel. However, we encountered no issues during our stay and had a pleasant experience overall.

The hotel was truly amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I reached out to the hotel prior to our arrival to request separate beds for our family of four, and they responded promptly. Our rooms, 301 and 302, felt like our own little apartment. We were able to close the main corridor door and leave our room doors open, which was ideal for us. The rooftop bar was a delightful spot to unwind with a drink. While I didn't take a plunge in the pool, it seemed like the perfect place to cool off on a hot day with comfortable loungers and an abundance of towels. There was even a sauna available. The hotel's location was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere. Walking is our preferred method of exploration as it allows us to see so much more. We spent four nights here starting from the 29th of October and the weather was simply perfect - warm and sunny. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

My recent stay was quite pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect and the surrounding area was lovely. The room was tidy and they even went above and beyond with special touches like providing cake and champagne. The hotel staff was very responsive to our inquiries before arrival, which reassured us that everything would be taken care of. Our suite, although lovely with a spacious bathroom and large bed, could have been a bit bigger for the price. Breakfast could have had a wider variety of options, but it was still satisfactory. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay.

During our recent trip to Barcelona, my spouse and I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel. We had just finished a cruise and arrived at the hotel early in the morning, well before the usual check-in time of 3pm. The reception desk kindly offered to hold our luggage and to our surprise, informed us that a room was available for us if we didn't mind it being a bit smaller. Though the room was on the darker side and facing the back of the building, we were pleased with how immaculate it was. The next morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of options including hot dishes, breads, cakes, cold cuts, cheese, and even Cava. As it was our wedding anniversary, we were delighted to have a special toast during our morning meal. Our room was tidied up while we were out, and we would like to extend a big thank you to Erica for this. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and had dinner there, enjoying delicious tapas on our final night. Overall, this hotel was exceptional in every aspect, from the friendly staff to the delectable food and impressive facilities. We truly hope to have the opportunity to return in the future. Thank you all for providing us with such a wonderful experience.
