This hotel was wonderful! We enjoyed a luxurious stay with fabulous room amenities, the best water pressure, and wonderful hospitality from the staff - Dani the bartender and Manuel our host were especially kind. Our sumptuous buffet breakfast kept us full for the day and the bar in the evenings was the perfect place to relax and listen to some great vibes. It was conveniently close to the gothic quarter and sagrada familia, with breathtaking views of Barcelona from the rooftop terrace. The bathroom was absolutely astounding, with ample hot water and top of the line toiletries that left me feeling refreshed. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was an absolutely perfect experience. 10/10, I'll be back soon!
This place was absolutely amazing! Everything from the location to the inviting public areas to the spacious and comfortable rooms was top notch. The bathroom had all we needed, and the breakfast spread provided an excellent selection of hot and cold options. Every staff member we encountered was outstanding, notably the doorman who helped with luggage, the reception team and the barman Dani who was particularly helpful with my mobility scooter. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
We had a terrific 5 day stay as a family of 2 adults and 4 children (17, 16, 14 and 9) at a wonderful hotel in Barcelona. From the rooms to the general cleanliness to the quality of service from the staff, everything was top notch. The reception staff were especially helpful and proficient. The bar staff deserve a special mention for their extraordinary customer service. Furthermore, the hotel is in a prime location, being a stone's throw away from some of the city's most famous attractions. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona!
On a recent four night stay, we were welcomed by a welcoming and professional receptionist. We opted for room only, so we can't comment on the restaurant, however, the room was clean and spacious for city standards. Located on the fourth floor, it was very quiet even though it faced the main road. The reception staff was very helpful in booking tickets for the hop on and off bus and Segrada Familia. The hotel is close to the Placa de Cantalunya where one can catch the red bus and airport bus. A special mention must be made of the girl working at the bar who was friendly and efficient. We also found the bar prices to be reasonable. All the staff members deserve a big pat on the back. We would definitely recommend this place.
We had a great time during our three night stay at Gran Hotel Havana! The staff were absolutely amazing - so friendly, professional and accommodating. We opted for room only, but that's no issue as we were a few minutes away from a coffee shop selling delicious coffee and croissants for very reasonable prices. Plus, you save money by booking directly with the hotel. The room was a bit old, but it was still clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is also ideal - you're never far from the action. All in all, we had a great time and would highly recommend it.
