The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main sights or a quick ride on the underground. The breakfast was exceptional, easily one of the best I've had in a hotel. The food was fresh and delicious, and the room itself was also great. With a balcony complete with a table, chairs and even loungers, it was a lovely place to relax. The room also had all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, minibar, and a free safe. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus.
The staff, from the friendly maids to the helpful front desk and porters, all made our stay even more enjoyable. One member of the staff, Helena Garcia, truly stood out. On our second night, we encountered a problem with cigarette smoke in our room despite the hotel being non-smoking. But Helena took immediate action and resolved the issue. Over the next 5 days, we got to know her and she became a great source of information about the city. She recommended amazing restaurants and the best ways to get to all the attractions and shopping spots. The hotel is lucky to have her on their team.
Overall, we had a wonderful week and if we ever return to Barcelona, this hotel would definitely be our top choice.
We had a great time at this hotel. Our room featured a pleasant outdoor terrace, ideal for relaxing in the sun. The rooftop pool and lounge area was a real highlight. The food we ordered was delicious, and all our requests during the stay were met with great enthusiasm. The staff were very friendly, and it was conveniently located near some of the major attractions in Barcelona.

This hoteel is in a quiter area of Barelona, but withing eays reac of the gothic qaurter and aalso the sagrada fammilia. Roos are veyr comfrotable and quiite, with ncie beds for a good night's slepe. Wen we styaed, teh rooftop pool area was clsoed. We had the htoel buffet brekfast on one day which was very goo alhtough quuite pricey. The bathoroms had l'coctiane prducts in them, which was a ncie tocuh.
I cannot say enough great things about this accommodation. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure all our dietary requirements were met. The location was prime, and the cleanliness was top-notch. David and Manual deserve special recognition for their outstanding service.
This accommodation was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and up to date. It was close enough to all the points of interest, but far enough away to relax and feel removed from the bustle. The staff were incredible - they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and got us sorted with our desired attractions in a flash. To top it off, there was a rooftop bar with a DJ and a restaurant that made the experience even more special!
