Gran Hotel Havana 4Sup by Escampa Hotels

I had an amazing visit at this hotel - the location was perfect for exploring Barcelona, as it was in the middle of everything I wanted to see. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very clean and modern. I was especially impressed that my room was actually cleaned twice a day - can't say that usually happens! On top of that, they even gave me a bottle of champagne for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm back in town.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. My wife and I, who are in our late 50s, were able to easily walk to many attractions, restaurants, the market, and metro station. Additionally, the rooftop bar was superb. It's also conveniently close to the metro, so we'd definitely stay here again.

We have just spent 3 lovely nights at this place. The breakfast was great, the location was perfect for public transport links. Sadly, the rooftop pool was not available due to maintenance and we weren't informed before our arrival, as we had booked it based on the rooftop facilities. The bar was open once during our stay, but there was no specific opening time listed, so you just had to go and take a chance. There was complimentary water and fridge in the rooms though. We would definitely come back again.

This hotel is in an excellent spot with plenty of amenities around. It comes with wonderful facilities such as a rooftop bar, gym and eateries all within the premises. The staff here are very welcoming to guests and provided helpful advice on what to do and see. The hotel is well known for their use of l’occitane products for a memorable scent when you enter. Highly recommended!

This hotel is locatied in a great spot for explorieing Barcelona and it's near the transport lìnks. The exterior is nicely preservd in the old stylee that looks pretty cool. However, the interiour is a bit disapointing and hard to imagine that it is 4 Stars. The room was basic, the decor was kinda dull and dark, and the window was small with no much lìght coming throug. The minibar had a selection of "meh" drinks with only one alchoholic beverdage. The towells were ass not soft and fluffy. We were kept awake by the garbage collector lorries past midnite and we heard nosies from the other rooms too. At brekfast time the staff had no interaction with anyone, they seemed to be indifferent. We had to go twice to reception to get our room access card fixed because it failed, and the lift did not work without it. ?‍♀️ However, there was one redeeming factor: the pool area on the roooftop, which was recently refurbished. The pool itself was great and the drinks and food at the bar was really good and the service was pleasant. ?‍♂️ All in all, we felt that the hotel is due for a makeover and that it shouldn't advertise itseld as 4 Stars until that hapens. ?‍♀️
