We had a wonderful stay here, the location was great and the views from the rooftop pool were incredible. The service was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after. We could easily have spent the entire day lounging around the pool, sipping drinks and chatting while admiring the magnificent view!
Stayed at a clean and well-located hotel that was just a 20-minute walk away from the main attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms had comfortable beds. Unfortunately, there was some noise from the adjacent bathrooms and the view from the room was terrible - it felt like a prison! We had booked last minute so there was no option to upgrade. People working on the roof disturbed our stay and the rooftop pool and bar were closed, which wasn't disclosed while we were booking. The plus side was that there was a taxi rank right on the doorstep and it was around 30 minutes from the airport. If I stayed again, I would make sure to get a room with a view!
Location perfect, hotel very nice and staff nice. Unfortunately, this was our last stay as we were robbed. It wasn't until we returned home that we realised, as we had thought all our valuables were safe in the room's safe. I contacted management, who reviewed their camera footage but concluded that there was nothing out of the ordinary. It's a shame that one thief has the power to negate the hard work of everyone in the establishment, so we will not be returning in future.
We stayed in a double room with a outside terrace and it was huge! The bed was extra large and very cozy with great quality pillows. Our bathroom was spacious with all the amenities you'd need and towels were changed daily - it's one of the most impressive city hotel rooms we've stayed in. The breakfast selection was fantastic - there was something for everyone - and the quality and presentation were impeccable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the bar and wait staff. They were undergoing some work on the top floor, but it didn't bother us. We got to enjoy a lovely meal with a view of the city at the rooftop cafe on the weekend - definitely recommend! Jackie M.
We had an outstanding stay at this hotel this week, our room was impeccable and the staff were superb, with special mention to Elani who made our holiday truly special. The hotel's breakfast was especially impressive: it was the best quality food we have ever had. The hotel is in a great spot with plenty of sightseeing opportunities within easy reach, and there are also some great bars and restaurants nearby. Thanks once again to the amazing team - we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else after such a wonderful experience!
