The room of this hotel was quite pleasant, the view was great and the service was more than satisfactory. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? However, the location was just ok since I was visiting to attend a conference. Trying to resolve the bill was a total disaster though; both my colleagues and I spoke to the reception while I was still there and they assured us that they would take care of it. Yet, upon check out I had to re-explain the conference room rate and they promised to fix the bill and send the receipt. Despite my follow-up attempts, no response was received ????. So, keep an eye on the room rate and be ready to check out, because they don't seem to be willing to sort out any issues at the customer's expense. ?

The staff at the pool area at Peurobeach are incredible. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about the best places to go out at night. They will bring your food and drinks to you with a friendly attitude and a smile. The pool area is beautiful, although the pool is cold. It's an easy walk to the beach, and the metro and taxi services to the main areas are reasonably priced.

This place on the outskirts of Barcelona is amazing! It's incredibly clean and the staff are incredibly professional and welcoming. Being close to the ocean and a mall is a bonus, and the upgrade is super affordable, making this a great value for money. I would highly recommend it!

On arriving to our hotel after a delayed flight, we were really looking forward to a Hilton-level experience, which was one of the main reasons we had booked this accommodation. However, upon checking in, we were ignored by the concierge who chose to assist an older mother-daughter duo instead. We were gestured away from the main check-in desk to one slightly further up, despite multiple people being in line. We were the only party told to use a different desk. Albert eventually checked us in; however, he seemed preoccupied as he was answering phone calls and other queries during the process. Once in our room, we encountered issues with the safe; we called down to maintenance who changed the batteries, but then advised that security would need to reset the pin. We assumed security would do this eventually.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite having checked in online with a requested late arrival and ordering a digital key, my reservation was cancelled upon arrival. I had checked in online many times with arrival times after midnight without issue, but here, the front desk said they could not reserve me a room with points, and I had to pay for it out of pocket. They blamed it on my late arrival, which I found quite unreasonable. Needless to say, it was a poor experience.
