Stayed at this hotel and it was an overall great experience! Access to the beach was convenient and Uber came in handy getting around. ?At the executive lounge, the food and drinks were fabulous and the view was still enjoyable despite the buildings blocking the sea. ?The air conditioning in the room didn't quite match up to our expectations but the bathrooms were okay. ?Weekends, however, got quite hectic. All in all, I'd say it was an enjoyable stay.
This hotel was situated opposite a shopping centre and numerous restaurants, as well as being very close to the exhibition centre. As expected, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the rooms were of the usual high standard. The breakfast provided was great, with plenty of choice and attentive staff. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and the corner room I had was equipped with a separate bath and shower. Although there was a minor downside - the new elevator system kept breaking down, which caused some delays - the stay was generally pleasant.
This hotel was superb! From the wonderful breakfast to the helpful concierge, Albert, this stay was a delight. Albert was especially helpful in arranging wheelchair accessible taxis to and from the Flamenco show and the airport the next day. Shopping and dining opportunities were just across the street. We truly appreciated Albert's care.
I had a great view of the Sea and a nice big room. The ventilation system was good, which matters a lot to me! The staff were courteous and professional. However, the elevator system had major problems. On multiple occasions, the elevator took over 10 minutes to come. I'm definitely not a fan of getting stranded in elevators, so I would reconsider staying here again.
This hotel was quite satisfactory overall. The location, while perhaps a bit far away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, was great for events and business. Unfortunately, the check in and out process could use some improvement. On a positive note, the executive lounge was well worth it.
