During my short business trip, I encountered an issue in my room where I could hear the elevator machinery. Understandably, this would have disturbed my sleep. However, the staff quickly came to my aid. Oriol promptly provided me with a new and peaceful room, and even assisted with moving my belongings. Additionally, Praxedes went above and beyond by arranging a breakfast box, complete with fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries, as well as fresh coffee for our early check-out. It is evident that this team prioritizes excellent customer service.

From the moment I made my reservations, the service I received was exceptional. As a member of a certain reward program, I was made to feel truly welcome, which is saying something as I've stayed at many of its properties. The room was lively and the views were stunning. The 15th floor had an exclusive lounge that was accessible to members, offering complimentary snacks from 5:30-7pm and happy hour open bar service. Breakfast was served from 7:30am-10:30am with light options, while the main buffet was located on the first floor and had an extensive and varied spread. I even found myself enjoying a small salad, which is not typical for me, but everything was so fresh and delicious. The service throughout the entire hotel was top-notch. After staying at a different "4-star" hotel for four nights, I regret not choosing to stay here for my entire trip. This hotel truly deserves a higher rating. Well done!

During our recent trip to Barcelona, my partner and I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who provided exceptional service throughout our entire holiday. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast spread, which left our taste buds satisfied. We were also impressed by our spacious room and the attentive housekeeping staff who were always willing to assist us. The pool area was a great source of fun and relaxation for us. We were so impressed with our stay that we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our loved ones. Needless to say, our experience here was nothing short of enjoyable.

? Location was fantastic, just across from a huge shopping center with amazing food choices and a cinema! The staff were super friendly and helpful. However, ☀️ there was quite a bit of noise in the mornings and at night from the rooms nearby and below - the walls seemed to be made of paper ?. The room itself was spacious and even had a fridge, but the gym was a bit small ?️‍♀️. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but it's only a short 20 minute drive to Las Ramblas and other popular sights. You can even walk ?‍♂️ to the port in just 10-15 minutes for some tasty restaurants and a hip new shisha lounge. ? Overall, a good stay but bring earplugs! ?

As a diamond member I was curious to check out this particular hotel and have to say it became my favourite in Barcelona and even made my top 5 list of favorite hotels in general. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is great and the rooms are extremely luxurious - if you're lucky to have a room with an ocean view, it feels like you're in Miami! The club and its terrace are so unique, and the Pure Beach Club is yet another great bonus. Amazing drinks, food and service - this is definitely a real gem.
