Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona

During my stay in Barcelona in November 2023, I had a fantastic experience. My room on the 9th floor had stunning views of the city and the sea, and I particularly loved the fact that it was a corner Mediterranean room with separate spaces for the living room and bedroom. This allowed for a comfortable and autonomous stay for both myself and my companion. We also had breakfast delivered to our room, and it exceeded our expectations with its delicious variety. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the city's attractions via the nearby metro station, just a few minutes away on foot. Additionally, there was a large mall right across the street, providing us with anything we needed. We also dined at the hotel's MAi restaurant and were blown away by the scrumptious food, creative cocktails, and the warm and welcoming bartender. Without a doubt, I will be returning to this hotel during my next trip to Barcelona.

?? Overall, my recent stay in Barcelona was ?awesome thanks to this hotel! It was in a ?perfect location, close to the city center and with a stunning view of Barceloneta beach from my room's big windows. The ?food was ?delicious at both the restaurant and breakfast, and the ? staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona Hotel was absolutely perfect. It was incredibly convenient to get to from the airport via taxi. The sea view from our room was absolutely beautiful and the surrounding area was quiet, a perfect mix of residential and business. Despite this, the bustling city center was just a few steps away. We enjoyed lovely walks along the beach every morning and evening. The adjacent shopping center was a great perk as well. The hotel staff were always welcoming and extremely helpful, which was especially appreciated as I was traveling with my daughter alone. The breakfast was fantastic and the service was top-notch. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Our recent stay in Barcelona exceeded all expectations. Our check-in process was made even more ideal by a kind staff member, Paola. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special and perfect. I must also mention the breakfast team who made my birthday celebration unforgettable. While their names unfortunately escape me, their attentive service and constant smiles made our mornings delightful. From the cleanliness of the accommodations to the friendly and helpful team members, everything was truly perfect.

? The location was ideal, the service was top-notch and the breakfast spread was absolutely ?. We were able to easily walk to the nearby mall, catch a taxi to see the stunning cathedrals and other popular attractions. As a member of their rewards program, we were upgraded to a room with a beautiful ? view on the 22nd floor (we had originally booked a standard room). However, our room happened to be right next to the elevators and the noise from the ? motors kept us up all night. When I requested a different room, they were unable to accommodate. At check-out, we were informed about a city tax that we were expected to pay. This tax was not mentioned anywhere on the website or during check-in, and it was quite the unpleasant surprise. Other guests were also discussing this issue at the front desk, so it seems to be a known problem. The guest services manager acknowledged that many people have complained about this and promised to address it in their next meeting, but unfortunately, there was nothing he could do for us. ?
