I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona and it was great. The hotel is ideally located, close to the sea so you can go jogging along the beach in the morning as well as being only five minutes away from the metro station. The room was spacious and well equipped and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was awesome with plenty of variety to cater to everyone's tastes. It's definitely a great place to stay if you want to be close to the attractions of Barcelona.
My recent stay at the Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona was nothing short of amazing. The prominent location of the hotel was perfect for my exploration of the city, which is only a short walk from the beach. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. In particular, the front desk staff, Cecilia and Alina, went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of throughout my stay. The buffet in the morning was delightful and the staff in the breakfast area, Thalita and Fatima, were incredibly sweet. The pool had plenty of loungers and a shaded area with bar service, which was a nice place to relax. The Diagonal Mar shopping center is conveniently located right across the street with lots of stores and restaurants. To top it off, there is a taxi stand right by the hotel, so I didn't even have to call one! I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona and would definitely recommend it to others. The hotel is a great place to stay and I will definitely return.
We went to Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona in February for business and were disappointed overall with the experience. The food was really bad, tasteless, and the fries seemed to have been cooked in the microwave. What was worse was the customer service: when we left some items behind, we contacted the hotel, they confirmed they had them but when my colleague went to pick them up, they said they didn't have them. We contacted them again, and after a lengthy correspondance, they finally agreed to send my items, which they did with the exception of one phone charger. When we contacted them again about that, their response time has been really slow and now they don't want to do anything. In general the customer service was really lacking and the food was disappointing.
