The customer service was absolutely ? and accommodating. The breakfast was satisfying but not super ?. The rooms were tidy and spotless. The beds were cozy and dreamy ?. The location was conveniently close to public transportation. I definitely ? this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay ??.

The hotel's location could have been convenient, but unfortunately it was greatly impacted by ongoing construction during my stay. The bathroom was kept very neat, which I appreciated. However, including a bathroom robe and a coffeemaker in the rooms would have greatly improved the experience.

The hotel's location was extremely convenient, as it was near two metro stations that provided easy access to downtown Barcelona. The breakfast offered was also exceptional, with a variety of hot food options to choose from.

During my recent stay in Barcelona, I chose a four-star hotel which, despite feeling slightly outdated, was still deserving of its rating. Unfortunately, my overall experience was dampened by the ongoing construction works that woke me up bright and early at 7:00 a.m. To avoid further disturbances, I requested a room on a higher floor at the back of the building, which the staff were able to accommodate. However, I was disappointed when my suggestion to inform future guests of the potential inconvenience was shrugged off with excuses such as "not every day" or "it'll be over soon". On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and the air conditioning operated with minimal noise. The bathroom also had a decently sized bathtub, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite my initial annoyance, the rest of my stay was enjoyable.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Barcelona? The quality and service were both top-notch, with ? rooms that were spacious and even had a private sauna! We were also provided with ? plush towels and bathrobes. The staff at reception were absolutely ? and went out of their way to accommodate our Shabbat needs with so much warmth and kindness. Highly recommend!
