The rooms provided were of a good quality and reasonable size. The bathroom was also of a good standard and there was even a coffee machine in the room, which was an added bonus. Breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options, and was more business-style with a higher quality than most tourist accommodations.
While there were some minor issues during our stay, the staff were very friendly and seemed eager to resolve any problems. The hotel was conveniently located close to Plaza Catalunya and the airport bus connection. The pool was quite small, but a nice extra feature for a city hotel. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to take advantage of this bonus, as there was so much to do in Barcelona.
Overall, the hotel worked well for us and we’d definitely recommend it for future stays. We were also pleased to find that the internet connection was functioning properly.
This was a great experience staying at this hotel! The service was fantastic, with friendly staff that were always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was a bit small, but it was refreshing to take a dip. The breakfast was really tasty, with lots of different options. We did have a lengthy wait at check-in, but the staff were doing their best to serve us. We would definitely stay here again!
I used to love this IHG brand, but it has been a while since I had anything positive to report. This particular hotel has its positives and negatives. It's in a great location, and the rooms are clean, if a bit dated. Unfortunately, there are loudspeakers situated in the hallways that play music all day long, which can be heard from the rooms, even through headphones. This is incredibly annoying and kills the entire point of a hotel room. On the plus side, at least there won't be any noisy neighbors!
We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was gorgeous and had breathtaking views. The staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Adrian who really went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. He was incredibly helpful with giving us directions and advice for our daily activities. We'll definitely be back soon - thanks for a fantastic time!
Adrian at reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I needed assistance. The location of this hotel is perfect - clean, comfortable, and even with a pool on the upper level for an escape from the summer heat. Highly recommended!
