This accommodation serves amazing breakfasts with lots of variety. The cleanliness and customer service were top-notch. I exhausted all efforts in trying to alter my booking, but this great facility more than made up for it. Its location was astounding!.

I was very disappointed in my stay at the Hotel Indigo Barcelona - Plaza Catalunya, an IHG Hotel. I paid a pretty hefty price for a single room but it felt more like a cheap hostel. The room was tiny and was located right next to the elevator, with hardly any natural light and a view of a wall. It was mostly clean but a used rubber was found inside the bathroom's trash can. The walls were paper thin, so I could hear everything coming from the next rooms and the corridor. The noise level was especially high in the morning when the cleaning staff came in and even during the night when people were coming back or talking loudly in the hallway. It was definitely not worth my money and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
freshly cooked menu. The staff in the hotel were very nice and helpful. All in all, our stay was pleasant, the location was good, the room and bathroom were clean but it is a small hotel with limited amenities.
Would definitely stay here again as location is ideal and hotel comfortable.
