I had absolutely appalling customer service. We had booked 6 rooms over 10 months ago, only to get an email yesterday saying that we were expected to pay in full. I phoned the hotel to check if this was an actual request or a scam, but even before 24 hours had passed, they cancelled our entire reservation. They then claimed that they couldn't reinstate the booking and that we would have to make a further payment of £400 for the current rate. It appears to me that this hotel is out to rip people off and I wouldn't recommend it. To make matters worse, we have had to cancel our friends' bookings as well, as we are all now staying at another hotel. The service I experienced was a complete disgrace.
Staying at this hotel in Barcelona was a fantastic choice! Not only was its location convenient, but the rooms were definitely comfortable and tidy. The highlight of our experience however was the incredibly friendly staff - especially the manager, Dave Iturbe and his team. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and experience was top-notch. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Barcelona!
This particular budget accommodation is situated in a great spot and the price is very reasonable. During our stay there were many students and other groups, as is common in any budget hotel, but we didn't experience any disruption and the queues for the bar and other places were hardly noticeable.
Close to a lovely beach and metro line, staff very helpful and polite. ?Loubna was excellent and went the extra mile. The family room was a bit small and cramped for 4 people, no air-conditioned and had to request for windows to be opened but overall room, towels and sheets were clean ?. All in all, a great experience! ????
This place was really immaculate and comfortable. Everyone on staff were incredibly helpful with all of our needs. The manager, Dave Iturbe, was really great. We're leaving Barcelona but can we can't wait to return and stay here once more on our future visit.
