From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel's location was very convenient and the staff provided us with fantastic suggestions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-stocked. There was even an umbrella available, although luckily we didn't need it. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, 'Kitchen', was a delightful experience with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff always greeted us with a smile and made us feel special. We would highly recommend staying here. The only small change we would suggest is for housekeeping to come in the morning instead of late afternoon, as we tended to be back by then.

During our trip to Barcelona, my friends and I were fortunate enough to stay at the H10 Metropolitan 4* Sup Hotel. We were blown away by our room, which included a hot tub and all the necessary amenities. The bedroom itself was stunning and had everything we could possibly need. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming, but I have to give a special mention to David and Ian. They went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable with their delicious cocktails and snack choices. The hotel's location is also great, with everything within walking distance. I highly recommend choosing this H10 hotel for your stay in Barcelona.

The location was incredibly convenient, the staff were friendly and the interior was stunning. One of the highlights were the connecting rooms which were available. The common area was tastefully decorated to match the overall theme. Although we encountered a few less-than-perfect interactions, the majority of the staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were not only kept impeccably clean but also beautifully decorated. The cleaning staff were truly wonderful. The hotel's perfect location allowed for easy walks to multiple top attractions, quality restaurants, and shopping - all while still feeling the vibrant energy of the area without being too noisy. The serene balcony in our room was a lovely touch. We enjoyed the bar on site, and there were plenty of great restaurant options right downstairs, even though we didn't get the chance to try them. The only downsides were the lack of USB outlets or accompanying plugs and occasional power issues when charging my phone with the provided plug. Additionally, a couple staff members seemed cold and disinterested, and the hotel did not offer currency exchange or provide change. Lastly, the TV in the room was on the smaller side.

?‍?Visited this hotel with my daughter for a short trip. The experience was absolutely fantastic! ?The staff, especially Marc Lee, were always available to assist and were very discreet at the same time. ?We loved the breakfast with Ekaterine, where we indulged in delicious a la carte options such as crepes, wafers, chorizos, perfectly cooked eggs, fresh fruits, yogurts and mouth-watering muffins! ????? Additionally, we had the pleasure of staying in a room with a private jacuzzi on our terrace, which was a special treat as all the swimming pools in Barcelona were too cold. ❄️Thank you for making our time together so precious. ?‍❤️‍?

Based on the recommendation of a friend who recently stayed in the area, we booked our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and the airport transfer bus dropped us off very close by. Our stay was from 1st to 4th February and we arrived around noon. Fortunately, our room was ready for us and the staff at the reception were very welcoming. As members of the hotel, we were treated to a complimentary welcome drink. Since it was my 50th birthday, I had booked a room with a jacuzzi and we enjoyed using it every evening. The room was spotless and lovely, and the hotel was pleasantly quiet. The breakfast spread was a delight every morning with a variety of fresh and tasty options, from salads to pancakes, catering to everyone's taste. It was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I particularly enjoyed the retro decor in the breakfast room. To make my birthday even more special, a staff member surprised us with chocolates and the next day, I received a birthday treat of two small bottles of Cava and cakes (see picture). I felt pampered and special! We also received a voucher for a cocktail at the bar, where a young man created a special drink for us on a Saturday night. He put in a lot of effort and it was a delicious drink. He seemed very proud of his job and did it exceptionally well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and will highly recommend it to our friends and family when they visit Barcelona.
