This hotel was truly breathtaking, situated in the bustling heart of Barcelona. Our check-in process was seamless and we were even greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbly. While we initially booked through Jet2, we decided to upgrade to a room with a balcony for a small surcharge. Our room was perfect for a short break, but the wardrobe was a bit on the small side. Breakfast was a treat, with a variety of cereals, coffee, and fresh fruit juice available. The highlight, however, was the option to order a personally prepared breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage and more. This was not only a great idea but also helped to reduce food waste. The hotel itself boasted a beautiful design and high-quality finishes. There were two pool areas to choose from, one on the ground floor with a lovely seating area and a bar just inside. The other was on the rooftop, which we didn't have time to utilize, but it was equally as stunning. The staff were exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
The room was simply wonderful with impeccable cleanliness. The bed was extremely cozy and provided a perfect night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better. The decor of the establishment was exquisite. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and assisted with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We will most definitely be returning to this chain of hotels, and may even consider trying out one of their other locations next time.
Our group of 12 had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a family gathering. Without a doubt, the employees went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the helpful front desk staff to the accommodating bar area, they truly went the extra mile to make our weekend special. The hotel's location was convenient and we particularly enjoyed the plunge pool area in the back as well as the one on the rooftop. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff who contributed to our wonderful stay with their warm hospitality. ??
Our stay, 2 nights only, was wonderful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with 3 pillows per bed. The pool was visually appealing though it wasn't quite warm enough to swim. Check-in was straightforward, and catching a taxi to the airport was trouble-free. There were plentiful food and shopping options in every direction. JoAnn would wholeheartedly return.
We stayed 3 nights with my son and opted for a street-facing room. The view of Plaça Catalunya was amazing and the room surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect - not too hectic yet still close to restaurants and the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the roof pool with great views and the pleasant shade of the afternoon. The pool, which we did not use, looks to be only waist-high. My stay was great and I will definitely be back in the future.
