The service was top notch and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Food and drinks at the establishment were quite tasty without being overpriced. Breakfast was plenty and always fresh. They offered welcome drinks and snacks as well as complimentary bottles of water every day. To cap it off, our last night was celebrated with a complimentary bottle of excellent wine, cold meats and cheese platter, and a fruit plate. The rooms were nice and large, and the WiFi and room service were both excellent. We would love to come back here!
This hotel was great for a ladies holiday, and perfect for exploring Barcelona. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy, however there was not enough wardrobe space. The pool and terrace area were perfect and I would recommend booking a room with a private terrace to get the most of the sun during the day. Unfortunately, my stay was slightly spoiled by the breakfast process which was inconsistent and slow. We were shown to a table and left to wait for coffee - which was often a different amount served to each person, with some people only getting a small amount. Milk was served later, if at all. Food was buffet style with cooked breakfast orders taken, but we frequently had to wait a long time for that too. When asked, we were told it was on its way, but it was obvious it had been forgotten. I wouldn't return to this hotel as there are so many other options in the area.
The location was incredible, the decor was beautiful, and the room was incredibly comfortable with all the amenities one could need. The roof top pool and terrace was a great place to unwind, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just right for starting off a day of sightseeing in this stunning city. No matter which way you left the lobby, you were sure to find something amazing. I would definitely stay here again!.
This was an excellent stay in Barcelona. The hotel was fantastically located, just a short walk from many of the city's attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and clean, and there was no fault to be found with the environment, service, or location.
This hotel is superbly located in the heart of the city. The staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms are immaculate. The breakfast buffet offers a mouth-watering range of delicious options and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Additionally, guests on the first floor have access to beautiful patios featuring an outdoor Jacuzzi bath.
