The decor of this hotel is beautiful and the rooms are large and comfortable offering great en suites. Breakfast on the lower level greets guests with an array of buffet choices, and the option to have eggs with bacon, sausage, and more. There are two lovely plunge pools, one near the bar on the ground floor and one on the rooftop. The water was deliciously cold, perfect after a day out exploring the city. The location is great, being just a stone's throw away from Las Ramblas. The staff made us feel at home from the offset: they were outstanding. Overall, this hotel provided us with an excellent experience.

This hotel is in an amazing spot, just a short walk away from Placa Catalunya. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast options were tasty, and the bar snacks were really good. The best part of our stay was the kindness of the front desk staff. Unfortunately, our luggage got lost and they couldn't have done more to help us out - they gave us some must-have items, and guided us to the necessary places to find more. They even made calls for three days to try and locate our bags. If I come to Barcelona again, I'd love to return to this place.

We had a great stay at the 4 star establishment in Barcelona. The accommodation was really comfortable and the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the view from our room at the front was nice, though the street noise was a bit much. The only thing we spotted was the lack of USB sockets, so make sure to bring an adapter!

The reception staff gave us a warm welcome ? on arrival. We originally booked a different room, but we were given a room with a terrace from night two ?, which was really nice! Both rooms were of spacious size and very comfortable ?, with a super king bed which was really comfy. ? The buffet breakfast had a great selection, plus you could even order a cooked breakfast ?. But the best aspect of the hotel was its spectacular staff - they were wonderful! ?? From the receptionist who gave us excellent restaurant recommendations ? to the head barman, they treated us like royalty ?.

Sadly, we only stayed for one night pre cruise. This 4* Sup hotel was beautiful, modern, comfortable, clean and close to Playa Catalunya. Check in was welcoming, friendly and efficient. As we had to wait for our room made use of the terrace area to enjoy a lovely bottle of Rose in the sunshine following our flight from London. Our room had a French balcony overlooking the road and restaurants below. It was well appointed, and the bed was comfortable and so big. The amenities included bath robes, slippers and a lovely vanity pack in a zipped purse and mini fridge. We did not experience any odour or noise from the restaurants below us. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices including a cooked to order menu to suit all tastes and requirements. All the staff we met were very helpful, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. If we find ourselves back in Barcelona again, we will stay at this establishment for sure. ….
