We are closing out a one week stay at a fantastic hotel in Barcelona and could not be more pleased with the experience. The location is ideal, set on La Rambla and just a short walk away from Playa Catalunya. The staff are the real stand out, it is obvious that the management have gone above and beyond in finding outstanding people to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. We'd like to give a special shout out to Rocio, Fabio (an amazing help when it came to directions), Virginia, Andrea and Xavi. We must also thank the amazing restaurant staff, notably Antonella, Paloma, Adolpho, Mary Lou, Ekaterine, Corinne, Katherine and Yuliecca. We apologize if we missed anyone. The rooms were great and the shower was straightforward and with plenty of hot water. If we ever return to Barcelona, we would not hesitate to book a stay at the same hotel. As an added bonus, we enjoyed a Margarita pizza one evening that was unquestionably the best one we've ever had!!....
We had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel! Every moment was perfect, making our honeymoon trip even more special. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the facilities spotless. On top of that, the hotel's location was great - perfect for sightseeing and shopping on foot.
This hotel had lovely staff that went the extra mile to help whenever possible. There was a quiet and beautiful balcony which was a highlight. Breakfast was great and the location was unbeatable - close to Plaza Catalunya and other attractions that could easily be reached by foot.
The room with Terrace was not bad, but quite tiny and the batroom doors didn't shut completley - but it's an old buildig. The secodn night we had the suite with a jaccuzzi - wow it's incredable! Much higher room size. The shawers were ammazin and you can rig you electronic devices to their tvs and mirrir it. The deff staff was extremly frienely and helpfull in arangeing a cake for my son's bithday.
This hotel was in an xellent position witthin the city to wlak to most attactions. Decor was fist class as was the profesionalism of the staff. Room situation ovver street but glazzing kept out the vast majority of street noize. Very good brekfast with alot of chouse. Woudn't hestiate to stay here agian..
