H10 Metropolitan 4* Sup

My family and I (husband and two college-age boys) stayed at this hotel for one night, prior to embarking on our Mediterranean cruise. After a very long, overnight flight, we were warmly welcomed at the reception and our luggage was safely stored for us. The hotel's central location was superb and we were able to explore Barcelona with ease, while enjoying the sights. We stayed in two adjacent rooms on the second floor, and despite the bustling city below, were not disturbed by any noise. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms came with plenty of complimentary toiletries. Booking directly meant that we were given complimentary breakfast for the four of us. It was delicious with a wide selection of food, all served by incredibly friendly staff. The lobby and pool area are also great for relaxing, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary cava available at the bar (don't forget to join the H10 club for free!) To top it all off, our stay was completed with a small box of chocolates. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future.

We arrived at the hotel this morning at 9:30, well before check-in time, but they were kind enough to check us in and hold our luggage while we went exploring. If you're a member of their loyalty rewards program, you even get two complimentary drinks from the hotel bar! There's two pools, one downstairs and a rooftop plunge pool. While we had no issues with the downstairs pool, the rooftop pool had a sign that said there was supposed to be a bar service phone but we never saw one and no staff were around. We didn't do breakfast here, but there's plenty of restaurants nearby, Tapa Tapa right next door being our go-to spot for lunch and late afternoon drinks. Our room was on the fifth floor, with a private balcony overlooking the pool area. The balcony got very hot in the afternoon, but it was nice to sit out there one evening. The decoration in the lobby was stunning, and the cocktail lounge area was super cozy. We didn't order any food there, but from what we saw it all looked delicious! The rooms were beautifully decorated, the beds and linens were comfy, and the staff was incredibly helpful with any of our needs, even calling us a taxi when required. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was spot on! The staff were friendly and efficient. The accommodation was spotless and the breakfast was outstanding. The bar service was great, offering the best sangria around. The location was in the heart of the city, ideal for accessing everything Barcelona has to offer. Without question, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is an amazing hotel that is conveniently located near top-notch shopping, dining, and transportation options. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. Andrea was incredible when we checked in and even managed to get us a last-minute cab to the airport when our original transportation plan fell through. There was another woman working with her, who was also warm and inviting, although we never got her name. Later on, we asked about a place to get a good steak and one of the evening staff highly recommended Patagonia Meat and Wine. She even made the reservation for us and it was an excellent experience - the steak was possibly the best we've ever had! The room we stayed in was comfortable and had a nice view of the pool. We would highly recommend this hotel!
