The service was great, the location was ideal for seeing many of the attractions of Barcelona, the morning meal was delicious, the room was tidy every single day and roomy, the bathroom and shower were sensational - definitely worth a visit!
This hotel was great! Rooms were impeccable and the staff was so kind and helpful. We had a view of the inner courtyard from our room, which made the area nice and quiet. It was also conveniently located for all the sights. Plus, they provided a free breakfast which was a great way to get the day going.
Our stay at H10 Metropolitan 4* Sup was truly memorable. The friendly staff, cosy atmosphere and outstanding accommodations made our holiday home away from home. We could choose rooms with either balconies or terraces, ensuring we took full advantage of the hotel's surroundings, and every time we have stayed we have never been left disappointed. To top it all off, the breakfast was superb, and there were two pool areas to choose from - a plunge pool on the rooftop and a slightly larger pool at the Eden bar. We can't wait to return!
The Maestro of Intelligence and Technology
This hotel is in a great location for exploring Barcelona, close to the tourist buses, right off la Ramblas, near some incredible restaurants. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, providing fantastic service. The rooms don't offer much storage space, however, this is okay if you're only staying a couple of nights. There's not much hanging space either, though these are only minor issues. The room was very clean and was serviced daily; it also had a comfortable large bed and a great shower. If you can, book a balcony room with a patio as the rooms overlooking the Ramblas can be quite noisy and the smells from the restaurants below can be quite strong. The breakfast buffet is very good and you can order fresh food from the kitchen - this was excellent. The dinner menu options were a bit limited, but luckily Simon and Alicia from reception were very helpful. Many thanks to them.
The room was phenomenal, with the mini fridge being an especially beneficial amenity. The bed, pillows, and mattress were incredibly comfortable, and the terrace with sunbeds and a hot tub were perfect. Breakfast offered something for everyone, and the dinner we had in the hotel one night was fabulous. The location was perfect for all our tourist activities and getting the eurobus to and from the airport was a breeze. The staff was excellent, always friendly and seemingly enjoying their work. I will certainly return to this establishment in the future.
