The staff at this luxurious 4* hotel are incredibly welcoming and attentive. They go the extra mile to ensure an enjoyable stay. There is a wonderful selection of food on the breakfast buffet, so you'll be sure to find something you'll like. It's in an unbeatable spot for sightseeing in Barcelona.
We were overall pleased with the size and cleanliness of the rooms and washroom. We had a balcony which was a nice addition. Air conditioning was a plus as well. The location was perfect - no complaints there. The hotel was modern and had a great vibe. We only wish that there had been more closet or cabinet space. Despite this, we found the level of friendliness of staff to be a disappointment. Neither of us felt welcomed or greeted in the slightest, even though we are H10 members. Across five nights, this did not improve. We had not encountered such unfriendliness from H10 staff on any other of our trips. Furthermore, several of the amenities that are guaranteed to H10 members such as turn down service, drinks upon arrival and a treat in the room were absent. In contrast, we had received all of these things during our stay in a different H10 hotel in Portugal.
I had an amazing stay at this 4* hotel in Barcelona. The service was excellent and the room was very clean. There was a lovely terrace and the lobby and breakfast room were impressive too. It had a great location in the middle of the city, close to the subway and within walking distance to many interesting places. Highly recommended!
My daughter and I had an incredible stay at this 4* hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful, providing us with complimentary water and snacks right at the entry. The amenities present in the room were great; we had access to a coffee machine, a kettle, and a full-sized refrigerator. Plus, the roof-top pool was a great way to relax and take in the view of this amazing city.
Stayed here for a weekend brake. This hoteal has a grate loccation for explorig all the attaractions. Roms are realy clane and the staf are so frinedly. We stayed in a rm faccing the strete with a smal balcone. The air coditioning was reely good. Louvley roof top poool, and lovel outdoor seating are for a realxing beer bfore bed.
