During my recent stay in Barcelona, I had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful breakfast. The service provided by the waitress who attended to me, Katherine, was truly exceptional, and she made sure that I had a delightful experience with a delicious meal. The opulent interior design of the lobby created a luxurious ambiance where I could unwind and appreciate the impressive sculptures on display at the bar.
I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The team was incredibly kind and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of options, some self-serve and others that could be ordered. Katherine and her colleagues were particularly exceptional, offering exceptional service and charming conversations each morning.
The hotel's location was fantastic. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and the rooms were peaceful. Receiving a bottle of water each day was a nice touch. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and pleasant. There were many great restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping options. The laundry service was quick, with a turnaround time of less than 24 hours. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
During my 10-night stay, I was completely content with my experience. The hotel's location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from La plaza Cataluña. The room was in excellent condition and the staff were not only kind and friendly, but also immensely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant staff were equally lovely. To top it off, they even surprised me with a bottle of sparkling wine and a cake in my room on my birthday. Needless to say, I am in love with this hotel and will definitely be returning in the near future ;) .
