This hotel offers a five star experience from start to finish. The staff, from the moment we arrived by taxi to the effortless check-in and enjoyable drinks at the bar, were incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming. We want to give a special thanks to the concierge desk employee Natalia, as well as the kind food and beverage director Zoe, who made us feel truly valued. Our two stays here were absolutely delightful, and the generous room upgrade was a lovely added touch. Thank you for a memorable experience. - Susan and John.
During my recent business trip to Barcelona, I had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Hotel Arts. Located right on the coast, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the sea and the city from my room on the 25th floor. While I unfortunately didn't have a view of the Sagrada Familia, I still enjoyed the picturesque scenery. The room itself was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The staff at Hotel Arts were also top-notch, providing professional and attentive service to all guests. I must give a special shout-out to the P41 team, who were perfect hosts for a delicious cocktail or whisky tasting. Though I didn't have a chance to explore all the amenities, I am already looking forward to my next visit to Hotel Arts.
Upon arrival, my companion and I instantly felt the grandeur of this hotel. Our room was upgraded to a generous and well-appointed suite, featuring not one but two bathrooms and a breathtaking vista of the city and its waters. The attentive staff consistently checked in on us, and we were treated to multiple thoughtful gifts throughout our stay. Despite my usual reservations about hotel restaurants, this one in particular surpassed all expectations with its phenomenal cuisine. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment and wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.
Dear Management, I recently had an unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, causing a chaotic check-in process. As a platinum member, I expected better service. Additionally, there was a long line upon arrival and I had to wait for my room after the designated check-in time. When I spoke to management, they were also unprofessional. To add to my disappointment, my luggage went missing upon arrival. The non-smoking room I was given had a strong smell of cigarettes and mold. I also noticed that most of the staff were interns, which didn't seem very professional. Overall, the service I received did not match the price I paid and I cannot recommend this hotel.
Our recent stay in a Barcelona hotel was amazing, with fantastic service throughout our trip. However, we experienced an unfortunate incident on the 18th. While trying to maintain our privacy by securing the door with the chain, a hotel staff member unexpectedly attempted to enter our room with water bottles in hand. This resulted in the chain being ripped off by the force of the door being opened. We were taken aback, as this has never happened to us before. The employee apologized with odd excuses, but for us, privacy is paramount and this experience left us somewhat disappointed.
