Just returned from a three-night stay at a hotel in Barcelona. While the hotel is not particularly art-inspired, the staff provided excellent service and the views from the rooms were breathtaking. However, the high price of the hotel and its tendency to cater to large convention groups were major drawbacks. Additionally, the hotel's decor is outdated and the housekeeping service could use improvement. Overall, while the service and views were enjoyable, I would not recommend this hotel at such a steep price point.
I experienced a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, modern, and tastefully designed, boasting a range of convenient amenities. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the decor. The staff were remarkable; not only did they provide helpful assistance but were incredibly friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their commitment to making it a special occasion was truly heartwarming.
This hotel was phenomenal! They truly went above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience. From the rose on the table to the refreshing ice water after a run, no detail was overlooked. Not to mention the spotless cleanliness, cozy comfort, delicious food, and great pools! The staff was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make sure our stay was top-notch.
From check in to checkout this hotel is at the top of the game! The facilities are stylish, clean and well thought out. The bedrooms boast lovely sea views. Additionally, the pool areas feature very nice loungers and boast beautifully maintained areas. The staff here are especially wonderful; they put up with some unpleasant customers, yet remained unfailingly polite and professional. This hotel is great in all aspects, except for a few large groups on work related trips who could use a reminder of their place in the world.
The staff at this luxury hotel was far from pleasant. From false information to wasted hours, the receptionist Sarah and the pool manager were far from friendly, with an apology of "this is what it is". For those looking for a perfect stay, it would be wise to look elsewhere.
