I had a two-night stay at Hotel Arts Barcelona and it was terrible. My handicap wife needed a wheelchair and when they gave her one it was broken! We had to go through three attempts to get it fixed and then even with that, attempted thieves tried to get away with my watch and I got injured in the process! We had to visit doctors twice, get an x-ray, and even had to get an ultrasound! Wow. To think that this is the treatment that a Marriott Titanium member gets. The two-star Michelin fish was overcooked and there were better options closer in town. All-in-all, I wouldn't recommend this place.
