Hands down, "Hotel Arts Barcelona" is the best luxury resort inside the city of Barcelona! Enjoy outstanding service, beautiful views from the rooms, delicious food and drinks, a relaxing pool by the beach and promenade, and easy parking. Get easily in and out and just a 30 minute walk from the port, Ramblas, and Pl Catalunya. Families and couples alike can enjoy the clean and proper accommodations, even if not brand new. Enjoy great attention and recognition of Bonvoy members for the perfect city-center holiday luxury relaxation.
I read a lot of reviews prior to booking my stay and was a bit concerned about certain stories of safety issues at the destination. However, upon arrival, it was far from what I had heard and I had an enjoyable experience - I would rate it 4/5. The room wasn't anything to call home about, but the views were stunning and the amenities made up for it. The staff were incredibly hospitable and the complimentary shuttle service made exploring the city easy. The pools were very relaxing in the Barcelona heat - enough so that people thought it was a resort when they saw our pictures. Everything from the delicious food to the endless boardwalk beachfront options just steps away made it a great stay overall. If you're looking for a place to really relax on vacation, I would recommend this spot but be aware that it may not fully reach what is considered 5 star.

We cannot say enough about the stay we had at this destination in August! We are a family of four, including two college age kids and we truly enjoyed the experience. We booked a king and double rooms. The location was perfect. Whilst it is a bit of a cab ride to most of the shopping and other sites, it was worth it, being beach side and away from the busy streets. The club level was a must for us and well worth the extra money. We were able to start the day there, connect after the pool, or before dinner. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food was great, with us visiting Roka twice! Highly recommend it! We also ate at local restaurants near the hotel such as Agua and Marina Bay, both of which were great. The staff were fantastic, particularly Joan, who worked hard to help us with our tourism questions and food requests. Elina and Marian were also nice and cordial. The only reasons for withholding the last star are: the stained carpets in the main lobby, a lack of access to US channels aside from CNN, no black car service that wasn’t exorbitantly expensive, the adult pool and seating area being too small with service that was ok rather than great, and a confusing check-out. Otherwise, we had a terrific time and would highly recommend this hotel!
I rarely write reviews, but this hotel deserves one. Outstanding service from start to finish. Away from the crowds, this was the perfect spot to return to after a long day out and relax by the pool or beach if we wanted to. At only 12 euros for a bus to the Paseo de Gracia area, this was a great deal. We recommend splurging for a club level room, which comes with a separate check-in. There's food and beverage service from 7am to 11pm and stunning views. They were also extremely helpful with booking transportation and other services. This will continue to be my top hotel in Barcelona. Many thanks for the wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arts Barcelona and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious beachside getaway. Our corner suite (3316) had stunning views of the waterfront and everything else was top-notch. The outdoor terrace for lunch, the ground floor bar, and the amazing dinner at Enoteca were all memorable experiences. The staff was also incredibly helpful and welcoming, speaking English with ease. Our hats are off to the incredible hotel manager, Mr Pascha Bhatti, who always dealt with both guests and staff with charm, passion and integrity. All in all, we loved our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Arts Barcelona.
