This luxury property right on the waterfront proved to be a great pick. The concierge staff were very helpful, making our stay all the more pleasant. The rooms were splendid and the beds incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were simply divine. We had a great stay and are thankful for it.
The "Hotel Arts Barcelona" was disappointing to say the least. The dampness and mouldiness in the room was really off-putting, and there were carpets in the hallway and by the bathroom which were completely saturated with an unpleasant smell of mould. We asked reception to investigate or change the room, but nothing was done about it.
This accommodation was situated in an ideal spot overlooking a beach and the city. We had a Club Level room which was awesome and the staff, particularly Mariona, provided us with outstanding service. Every morning, we were able to witness the America’s Cup boats as they practiced, catch sight of beachgoers and admire the boats in the marina. It was a short taxi ride to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas, providing us with an opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle. Enjoying the Club Level benefits, we were met at the airport (included) and every morning, were greeted with an omelette chef at breakfast who stocked us up with drinks throughout the day.
After a short, 4-day stay in Barcelona we felt like royalty. From the friendly greeting at the door to the private check-in, we felt welcomed! We also opted for the club room options with privileges like champagne, cava, snacks and sweets available all day long. The breakfast in the hotel garden was top-notch and certainly set us up for a great day ?. Our stay was filled with countless advantages that cannot be expressed in words ❤️. We encourage you to experience it for yourselves - it's truly special ?. We are grateful to everyone at the hotel for our luxurious stay! ?
Staying at the ? was an amazing experience! The staff were so helpful and accommodating ? and I was delighted to be given a glass of chamapgne when I arrived early in the morning. Everything about the place was exceedingly pleasant, from the location, allowing easy access to the centre of town, to the views, with the ? and the marina close by, and the nearby beach for strolls down the boardwalk! The club level lounge was a really nice touch, and had a selection of tasteful ? food prepared by the chef and his team. I had a beautifully appointed suite with amazing views of the marina, and the housekeeping was done to the highest of standards. The spa and water therapy area were also ? and I strongly suggest making an online appointment when you book. Five ? treatment for sure!
