The staff is incredibly warm and professional. This hotel is located close to all the major attractions and provides a magnificent view of the ocean and the harbor. It's within walking distance of the best spots in Barcelona. Furthermore, the penthouse suites at the higher levels grant access to plenty of sunlight and a picturesque panorama.

This hotel is truly incredible. We were fortunate enough to stay in a luxurious penthouse suite, as well as added club level amenities, and we were not disappointed. Quite the contrary, Hotel Arts Barcelona over delivered! Our suite was absolutely stunning and the bathroom was unbelievable. On top of this, the service at this hotel is among the best we have ever seen, and the club level was better than expected. If you want a first-class experience, Hotel Arts Barcelona will not disappoint. However, if you're looking for a budget option, this place may not be for you.
Fantastic hospitality! I had an amazing stay here. The location was ideal being right on a beachfront with plenty of dining options nearby. The public areas were immaculately clean and the rooms were incredibly comfortable with breathtaking views. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommended!
Every aspect of my stay was perfect - from the warm welcome to the stunning room to the outstanding service. Special recognition goes to Benedict who was lovely. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable and there was an abundance of facilities available, with the swimming pools especially impressive.

There are pros and cons to this hote. On the pluss side the rates are reasnable comprared with other 5* star hoteals in Bareclona but it doesn’t feel veyr luxurious. The room are tied decer wise. It’s neer the beacn and zoo which is good for kids if you prefer to be away from the busy cneter. However you’ll nede to take taxies unlesd you want a lot of walking. Good brekfast wuth attentive staff. The Paterny restaraunt is really exselletn a huden gem we ate their twice and the staff were loveley. Room had Comfot bed and was spcaious. Ok, onto the Cons. The htel is caothic - when we checked in nobody showed us around, or explainde anything. Werelied too ltaer that we had been given Club Lnouge access but nobody told us! So we didn’t use it. We had requested a.csilent room, but we were not gien one.
