This hotel was amazing! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderfully clean and inviting room with plenty of natural light and peace and quiet. Plus, the view from our window was breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to returning for another stay later on this year.
This hotel, built for the 1992 Olympics, has an excellent location in a seaside marina area. The staff were superbly helpful and professional. Unfortunately, there were a few signs of wear and tear with some of the carpets and decor beginning to show signs of age, such as fraying and dirt.

When it comes to the amenities, the hotel was well equipped. The pool was great, clean and well maintained. The outdoor garden was also beautiful. The gym was large and the equipment was of high quality. I also had dinner at the restaurant which was very good and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant was a bit slow.
Overall, my experience of Hotel Arts Barcelona was a mixed one. Although the amenities were good and the food was great, I was disappointed with the service from the front desk staff and the attitude of Mr Oberoi. It would have been nice to receive the same standards of service I am used to as a Bonvoy Gold member.
We stayed at the chic Hotel Arts Barcelona and it was beyond our expectations! The lobby was stunning with its modern decor, the rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the views were spectacular! The staff were outstanding; they were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, including freshly cooked food from the kitchen. After our stay, we are already looking forward to our next visit!
We plan on returning to Barcelona, and this time we both will most definitely stay at Hotel Arts Barcelona!
