Our stay was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived until we left for the airport, we were met with exceptional hospitality and made to feel incredibly welcomed. The team at the hotel was exceptional. We were surprised with an upgrade and a special birthday treat, along with fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice to add to our already wonderful experience. They also promptly solved any issues we had and went above and beyond with little gestures like providing water in our room and a free shuttle to the city center. These small touches left us speechless. If I were to symbolize this hotel, it would be a heart, representing the heartfelt care and service from the staff. They truly make this hotel a luxurious oasis for travelers.

This is a very secure and attractive high-rise hotel located in Barcelona. It is situated near the sea and away from the busy center of town. The views are absolutely breathtaking. We chose to stay in the exclusive Club Lounge, as we often do at luxury hotels, and it was definitely worth the additional cost. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel also has a large and well-equipped health club, complete with a fantastic hot sauna. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady named Martina in the main lobby, who escorted us to the Club for check-in. From there, the excellent team, including Mariona and Andres, took care of everything for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience here. A++ rating!

Our recent stay in Barcelona was made extra special by the incredible hotel we chose. It was our son's 17th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the complimentary treats waiting for him in the room to the beautiful decorations and displays throughout the hotel, every detail was thoughtfully planned. We were impressed by the helpfulness and kindness of the entire team, from reception to the bar and waiting staff, to the concierge. Our experience at this hotel was flawless and we are already looking forward to returning on our next visit to Barcelona. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! The front receptionist, Ms. Sara M., went above and beyond by upgrading us to an amazing room that was beautifully decorated with balloons and a bottle of champagne to celebrate my husband's birthday. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The quality of everything was exceptional.

We had a great ? experience at this hotel. The ? club rooms on the top three floors were ? luxurious and had their own ? lounge bar. The service was impeccable and the staff ?. They even provided us with two liters of complimentary ? water per day. The ? outdoor space with two pools and a children's pool was ?. Plus, the location was only two minutes away from the ?️ beach and bus stops to the town. The only letdown was the ? expensive and disappointing restaurant. Other than that, we had a perfect stay!
