My first time in Barcelona and I was advised by a friend to stay at the W Barcelona. As soon as I arrived I felt very welcome in the lobby bar, even though I had expected to get a spectacular view from the 26th floor that was unfortunately closed. The atmosphere and music were great, so I still had a good time. What made it even better though was the outstanding service by Javier Calero. He was extremely professional and kind and quickly got me my drinks and anything else I wanted. Even more special he sent out a birthday treat for me, to celebrate my birthday - a sparkler! This was the icing on the cake and really made my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back and would recommend W Barcelona to anyone visiting Barcelona!
We stayed at the W Barcelona for 3 days and it was an excellent experience! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and made sure that our stay was nothing short of wonderful. Special thanks to the helpful receptionist Sofia, and the lovely girl at the pool entrance who kindly let us in every day. The gym and the spa facilities are excellent and the FIRE restaurant had delicious food. Our double room was very spacious and with both sea and Barcelona views, it was simply breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to go back!
Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at the W Barcelona. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. My only issue was with the AC in my room not working properly, but engineering came and fixed it promptly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
